Connections

Capital City Church was founded in 1990 by Jim and Renee Palmer. They led the church through 18 years of growth and dynamic ministry. During that time, the church met in numerous locations before settling into the current building, a former health club, in 2003.

Capital City is more than a place to attend church. It is a community of people committed to knowing Christ and making Him known locally and globally. Locally through community initiatives and involvement. Globally by participating in overseas trips as well as sending those who have dedicated themselves to living and working in another country for this purpose.

We are imperfect, but we are striving to grow and learn. We are a diverse group of people from varying backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, yet we are united in purpose. Our Sunday gatherings are casual and relational in style with great music and a challenging, life-changing message of hope.
