Our Vision

Our Purpose

We exist to support and encourage personal growth in the knowledge, love and service of Jesus Christ.

(Eph. 4:15-16; 2 Pet. 3:18; 2 Pet. 1:5-8)

Our Mission

  • Exalt Christ through praise, devotion and generosity;
    (Rom. 12:1-2; Acts 2:42f)
  • Equip and enable believers through Biblical teaching and relationships;
    (Eph. 4)
  • Encourage people to follow Christ by demonstrating and declaring God’s love.
    (John 13:34-35; Matthew 16:15; 1 Peter 3:15-16)

Our Core Values

Christ-likeness

Spiritual growth is the life-long process of becoming imitators of Christ.  As we nurture a lifestyle of purity, holiness and Christian character, we please God and influence others.

(Ephesians 5:1-5; Philippians 2:1-11; Galatians 5:22-23; Ephesians 4:13-16; 2 Peter 1:5-9)

Intimacy With God

We share God’s desire for a dynamic relationship that is cultivated by the consistency of prayer and worship and through understanding and applying the Word of God.

(Josh. 1:8; Psalms 1:1-3; 139; Jere. 29:11-13; Acts 2:42; Matt. 6:5-15; Hebrews 4:12-13; James 1:22)

Authenticity

We know that how we represent ourselves is a reflection of who we are.  This collective expression is made genuine as each pursues integrity, sound character and Biblical morality.

(Proverbs 12:15; Proverbs 27:17; Romans 12:9-18; Philippians 2:12-15; 1 Peter 2:12)

Family Relationships

We desire that each in the community of believers serve and be served through a network of caring and nurturing relationships.  One-on-one friendships and small group commitments facilitate growth and foster healthy interdependence.

(John 13:34-35; Acts 2:42-47; 4:32; Galatians 6:1-10; 1 Peter 2:4-5)

Faithful Generosity

As God has equipped us with talents, abilities and resources, we believe that each is to develop and utilize these gifts, thereby maximizing our potential as a church family.

(Proverbs 22:9; Matthew 10:8; Romans 12:1-8; 1 Corinthians 12:4-14; 2 Corinthians 9:6-11)

Reconciliation

We believe that the local church is an agent of healing and hope for the world, and are committed to sharing the faith of Christ Jesus with non-believers of every ethnic orientation.

(2 Corinthians 2:14-16; 4:1-6; 5:17-21; Acts 1:8; 4:31; Matthew 28:19-20)
